Foam Cutting Capabilities

Our wings are cut using either 25# expanded foam - 40# extruded foam which we find provides very light weight wing core with good impact resistance.

Using CNC Hot wire foam cutting technology we are able to re-produce consistent results with a smooth, quality finish.

The cores themselves remain in the protective upper and lower layers of the foam core blanks and are shipped this way to ensure they are not damaged during the shipping process.
